Toh 98/721, introductory statement

With Toh 98/721, there is the statement in the introduction, to wit: “To our knowledge, this sūtra has never been translated into any European language.” However, there is the translation of the same text into English done by associate professor Richard S. Cohen, titled “Reading a Buddhist Sutra: The Splendid Vision”, Columbia University Press, 2012.
